Play Bingo & Support Second Chances

When you support Boaz & Ruth during The Amazing Praise, ALL donations receive a 10% match through Birdies for Charity! Better yet, you can play Bingo while supporting second changes. The Amazing Praise is a 48 giving celebration and collaborative of Faith-Based organizations in Richmond, VA. In 2025, The Amazing Praise will run from 12pm on September 16 to 12pm on September 18. During this 48 hours, Boaz & Ruth donors who support Affordable housing for all and transformative programs for marginalized individuals are asked to donate $20 or more in support of Affordable Housing and Transformative programs in the Highland Park neighborhood.

Supporting Boaz & Ruth during The Amazing Praise has a new twist this year! Play Boaz & Ruth Bingo, Get 10% donation matching, AND have the opportunity to win prizes! The instructions to play are:

A gift qualifies for BINGO if it is…

• $20 or more
• Given for The Amazing Praise campaign Sept. 16, 12pm – Sept. 18, 12pm
• Directly solicited by a BINGO player (that’s you)
• Given by someone who fits the description identified in one of the boxes

Giving instructions for donors:

• Each square = one (1) $20 or more donation to Boaz & Ruth through the link
• To ensure you, the bingo participant, receives credit for the donors you recruit:
• Please have them write your name and which bingo square they are completing in the “who would you like to honor with your donation” box
• Each donor may fill one box per BINGO card for that qualifying gift.
• The same donor may not be used for different boxes on the same card.
• A donor may give multiple gifts by filling one box on different players BINGO cards
• Donations must be given during The Amazing Praise fundraising challenge between September 16, 2025 starting at 12pm and ending September 18 at 12pm.

BINGO Prizes:

• First person to complete a FULL CARD (blackout) – A 60 minute massage at [name of spa]
• First person to complete a picture frame (all 16 border squares) – $40 gift card to your choice: Ruby Scoops, Fuzzy Cactus, Harlem Bluez, Nomad Deli, Smoky Mug, ILYSM Books, Julio’s Bagels, Michaela’s Bakery, or Auntie Nings
• Anyone who completes a BINGO (5 in a row) – $10 Gift card to ScrapRVA, Slayburger, Die by Fry, or Manchu – 1 gift card per person
• All gift cards are for businesses located in the Brookland Park business corridor.
