On October 11 the Department of Justice Services, Division of Adult Probation participated in the 2nd Annual "Long Walk to Freedom."  The event was held to raise awareness of the challenges facing released offenders and to raise funds for programs supporting successful reentry from incarceration to those within the City.

The Long Walk to Freedom brought students, volunteers, citizens, former offenders and family members of offenders together with the faces behind the agencies dedicated to helping individuals needing a second chance.
